Hi, I’m Stuart,
A Kent-based potter working with a focus on clean, minimal forms with a strong sense of character. My work is rooted in a quiet appreciation of material, process and function, allowing the clay itself to speak through subtle detail, balance and texture.
Every piece is shaped by hand, slowly and thoughtfully, which means no two are ever exactly the same. Small variations are embraced as part of the making process, celebrating individuality and the honest nature of handmade work. I’m dedicated to showcasing the natural qualities of the materials I use, creating objects that feel uncomplicated, tactile and made to be lived with.
I produce a range of functional tableware, homeware, and interior lighting pieces, all designed to sit comfortably in everyday spaces while bringinga sense of calm and intention to daily rituals. Alongside my core collections, I also welcome commission work and enjoy collaborating on one-off pieces tailored to specific ideas, spaces, or needs.
